I’ve known and worked with Vicki for almost five years. It was a very interesting beginning: Vicki was the junior member of the team on the brand. Throughout the years, she grew professionally and, with the inevitable changes in team dynamics, she ended up leading her group, supporting me and a wider medical affairs community across 33 countries within my territory.

It’s very hard to highlight one project among the many deliverables we worked on, but what I feel is worth mentioning here is her innovative ideas. She managed to keep things moving and delivered with an added touch that made them feel fresh. I valued that, and, moreover, my commercial partners were pleased, too!

For me, continuity and flawless work were highly valuable and her commitment to my projects was impeccable. On the personal level, Vicki is amazingly calm even when things do not go according to plan – and that always helped me calm down, too. Anyone who has that effect on me wins my admiration and gratitude – for ever!
